Moccasin Run

A 200 mile Iditarod qualifier out of Togo, MN. Dec 09. Will run most of last seasons dogs to kick start the season and get them and musher into distance race format.

White Oak Sled Dog Classic

A 130 mile mid distance race. Mid Jan out of Deer River, MN. A fantastic casual mid distance race which we plan to use to introduce the yearlings and new team dogs to racing. Will also be a test ground for new leaders.

John Beargrease Marathon

A 400 mile Iditarod qualifier up the north shore of Laker Superior out of Duluth. The team has already qualified and will compete end of January. Considered one of the hardest races of its distance. 14 dogs will start consisting primarily of our experienced dogs and strongest yearlings to make up numbers. Experienced and new leaders will be used to lead the team along the old mail route. The Beargrease will be a true test for the season.

UP 200

A 240mile Iditarod qualifier out of the Upper Peninsula in Michigan. The UP is one of the most prestigious mid distance races in North America. A 12 dog team will start, the race will primarily be used to get race miles on a mixed yearling / seasoned team. Race planned mid February.

Can-Am 250

A 250 mile Iditarod qualifier out of Maine. Team has already qualified for the Can-Am. The Can-Am will be a great opportunity to test musher and dog as it is unassisted. The team will consist of 12 dogs, both experienced and also yearlings to make up the numbers. End of February.
